Dunkin' - Middle River

I’m not one to complain. However I ordered a medium frozen coffee. Nothing fancy. Nothing else, just the frozen coffee. I waited at the window for 15 minutes watching the employees try to figure out how to make my drink. After it was incorrectly made, all the staff disappeared from the kitchen for a few minutes, no idea where they went. Then the man comes back with my drink that is super runny, and definitely not the frozen coffee that I ordered.

Worst dunkin around .... the drive through always takes at least 20 min to get through.

Friendly staff, clean store, good donuts and coffee. Sidewalk access is non-existent.

Nothing angers me more than when I order and pay for a SWEET TEA, I EXPECT a SWEET TEA NOT an UNSWEETENED TEA!!!?At $15.00 bux an hour your employees should be more competent and be able to read and understand the English language!!!! JFS.I had to go to another Dunkin to get my SWEET TEA!!!

We go to Dunkin every morning but avoid this one at all cost! We went here and we bought a coffee and it tasted horrible then they said what is wrong with it I said it taste Terrible then I asked for a cup with ice and they refused to give me a cup with ice! Don’t go to this one! I will drive out of my way to a better
