Café Zupas - Menomonee Falls

Received a MOLDY ROLL in our order! Contacted the store AND corporate a week ago and haven't heard anything back. This is unacceptable. Edit to add: Corporate did end up contacting me and giving me a full refund after requesting pictures. I haven't had any issues with this location until this incident, so I will consider giving them another chance in the future.

I liked to get Zupas when it first opened, but then I stopped coming to this place together. Since the new management change, I have no problem getting to Zupas now much more and getting my usual faves without driving sooo much further to another. I didn't immerse myself in too long a time ago for the first time and it was really good.

By far the worst place I?ve eaten at in months. If you like Mac and cheese soup and cold sandwiches that are 4? long this is the place to go. Picture is of my ?Mac Cheese? Absolute joke of an establishment

This is one of my favorite spots for soup and a sandwich. The cauliflower cheese soup is sooooo good! I appreciate the wheat bread option, and the fact that you can add avacado to just about anything (which, btw, goes great in the cauliflower soup). Don't even get me started on the free chocolate covered strawberry ? which just happens to be a weakness of mine. It's a very nice touch and something restaurants don't often do. And the desserts are so, so good ?

I've been here a few times, but the most recent time was horrible! While I was in the car, I opened my food because I wanted the chocolate covered strawberry and the presentation was absolutely terrible. My food was all smushed together and avocado ended up getting all over my bread. When I opened up my sandwich it was wrong... the entire thing. I am very disappointed.
