The Hot House Tavern - Menomonee Falls

I’m in love!!! I’d like to consider myself a regular at hot house and never have I had something so good! It’s the cauliflower tacos off their winter seasonal menu. I placed an order for pick up for the two piece white meat Hot House, fried chicken. The description reads: bone-in chicken, spicy Hot House dip, pickle chips, classic slaw, choice of side. However, the chicken didn’t come with any sauce, but it was so spicy that no one in my family could stand to eat it. Also, the french fries were drenched in what was probably supposed to be the spicy sauce, which, was terrible. Maybe I was expected to know that the sauce came on the chicken rather than on the side but I feel like it should be clarified. But what I’m more upset about; is, instead of fried chicken I received four piece chicken, tenders. (No bone) If I wanted chicken tenders I would have ordered that, not fried chicken . I don’t want to bash the service though, the woman on the phone was very kind and helpful overall. This wasn’t my only bad experience here but the worst. Update, I called the restaurant and they confirmed that I definitely got the wrong thing and had nothing more to say about it and hung up.
