Bidra med feedbackThis place has new people. All appearing to be trained in a mediocre fashion, no standard of accountability. It was better in the past. I hope they can get their act together. They have more fun joking and laughing than even remotely treating their guests with common decency.Considering all of this, now you can imagine how the food turned out for my guest and I. Embarrassing.
Well the food was good but I payed 24.00 I paid withing that a chicken ceasar salad and they gave me a regular ceasar salad... That's to much money to be paying and the order wrong... Well anyway all I'm saying is check your food before you leaveFood: 5/5
Amber was fantastic! We had quite a few special requests and she took each one in stride. We go to Panera quite a lot and her customer service was the best we’ve ever received.
A bread company that doesn't sell bread isn't much use to me. All they care about at this location is drive thru fast food business.The staff is less than knowledgeable or helpful.I bought Asiago bagels that were cinnamon raisin bagels with Asiago cheese melted on top, and the store clerk couldn't understand what the problem was?Do not count on this location for bread purchases. There is none. Go to the store up at Poplar and Perkins. That's a great store. (Hint, they don't have the dreaded drive-thru).
Spent $33.55 via Uber Eats; got the whole Fontega chicken sandwich pick2 w/ Caesar salad bread bowl chicken noodle soup. My pick2 was the issue w/ this order: poorly seasoned, small portion, somewhat cold. Wait time was also longer than quoted.
