Staff is always friendly I eat here every morning. Order is always right never a problem.

Best double quarter pounders in town, hands down. I ordered it with extra cheese and the box was hot to the touch. You could tell they cared about the food they served. They've been this good for months now. I don't know what changed but I hope it stays this way permanently Update : as of February 19, 2022 they're still serving excellent food

I hate to leave bad reviews. I do. Staff left me in the drive-thru for 20 minutes after waiting for fries. I literally watched seven or eight cars go around me. Certainly, someone else had ordered fries. When the girl finally got to me, she said she'd forgotten I was there. Mid-day and I was served cold fries after being asked to pull up for 20 minutes. Never going back to this location.

I would give it a zero if it was an option. Went by there on Wednesday for an app order. Pull in at 530 and notify them on the app we are there. App said our food would be out in 5 minutes. After sitting there for 15 minutes, we tried to call. Straight to voice-mail. So, I walk up to the door and the employee is letting someone in, but tells me the inside is closed. I show him my order and he says I will be right out with that. Another 15 minutes goes by and we are not successful at getting them on the phone. I go up and bang on the door. The guy finally comes back to the door holding a bag of food. He says I am sorry, but I am the only one in here. I am trying to do it all. Not acceptable. This location needs to be closed down!

32 minutes to get a drink via the app. Waited in the drive thru bc only 3 ppl in front. WTH? We need less Mary Jane breaks and more on the clock time!
