Lucy J's Bakery - Memphis

I often work in the Crosstown area and make it a habit to stop by for a treat, which is usually quite good. Today, after a long day of training, I was in the mood for something sweet. I decided to try their rice crispy treat, as I had enjoyed one from Lucy J's in the past. Unfortunately, the treat I purchased today was stale. That wasn't the main issue, as these things can happen. The problem was with the staff's reaction. When I informed the young lady who rang me up about the stale treat, she seemed indifferent. She then informed another staff member, who also seemed unhelpful, stating that all treats came from the same batch. They did not offer me a replacement treat or a refund. In contrast, the staff during my morning visit for breakfast was much more friendly and accommodating. I have decided to look for another bakery from now on.

I really enjoy supporting local businesses, especially when they have a good cause! You have to try the pockets here - they have flavors like ham and cheese, blueberry lemon, and more, in addition to everything else they offer. This bakery is known for their delicious homemade loaves of bread, so be sure to check them out!

I really love the cookies from this company, they are the best. The cookies have a great flavor and some secret ingredients that make them even more delicious. I have to admit, I am a good baker and cook myself, and these cookies are just as good as mine. The only problem I have is that they are too small for a dollar, even with tax included. My suggestion would be to lower the price to 55¢ including tax or to double the size of the cookies. By doing this, the company will attract customers from all over the country who will come to buy these amazing cookies. Keep up the good work and may God bless you and your family. After my regular cake lady ghosted me , I reached out to Lucy J's for a custom caramel cheesecake and a dozen cupcakes. My party guests and I were blown away by the taste. Everyone loved the richness of the caramel. I have some leftovers that I can't wait to eat tonight. Thank you!

I bought a king cake from here, and it was very hard. It seemed like it was over baked. Very kind people though. Might have been a fluke, but it is not worth trying again for me.
