Lennys Grill Subs - Memphis

Been here twice in the last two months. Never tasted the food. First time the cook was there, this time they weren't serving hot subs…oh well

Love lennys. The girl was alone kinda rude and was a horrible rep for the company but the food was still awesome!

This used to be one of the best locations. Not so much the last year. Always out of toppings, order is never accurate, and always understaffed.

This Lenny's used to be good but the current management does not have that store under control. First off there's never one around second and the most important part of my complaint is the fact I'll call to verify first the closing time! I always show up no later than 15 minutes till closing I'm rejected, 30 minutes before closing rejected, 1 time 40 minutes before closing rejected. I have been eating lunch there for a couple times a month for 10 years. The past year or so the service and food has gone down. Ordered a sandwich today and it was made wrong so I sent it back and the guy that made it grumbled about it and made wrong Again. I just ate it anyway but probably won't be back for awhile.
