Erling Jensen Small Bites Topgolf Swing Suites

We had a confirmed reservation for 8 at 6:30. We arrived and they did not have my reservation. They argued that we didn't have one until I showed them the reservation and confirmation number. This had been reserved 2+ weeks prior so it was NOT a last minute thing. It took them a while to put some tables and chairs together. We were seated for over 30 minutes with no one taking drink orders nor acknowledging our presence. Luckily I was able to call a restaurant across the street and we were able to get in. The ONLY time we were acknowledged was 50 minutes past our scheduled reservation time when we all got up to leave. 1 star is too many, we will never be back!

Bartenders Sean was very warm, friendly, and suggested some menu options that were awesome.

Great place for a good meal and to watch the game. Good, friendly service.

I'm suprised Erling Jensen let's this place use his name. We were theory people in the restaurant. It took 25 minutes for the appetizer to come out and it was lukewarm. Our server was very flippant. Never got drink refills, even after asking. The rest of the food was unimpressive and was not hot, even though there were no other patrons. They did remove the appetizer from the bill,but our service was really poor.

Poor service. Long wait for food and it was wrong. Don’t waste your time.
