Domino's Pizza - Memphis

I tried ordering delivery from different restaurants after it started snowing on 12/22/22. Everyone refused to deliver except this Dominos. I believe the drivers name was Jared. Anyway, the pizza was delivered within 45 minutes, which is very impressive considering the conditions. It was also very good.

Ordered at 7:30. Tracker showed pizza was in quality check at 7:58. It is now 9:00 and still no pizza. Spoke with the GM in store and of course he could have cared less, said that if he called back every complaint he had he would never get any pizzas cooked. Said staffing was the issue. If you want a pizza, do not order from here. Sorry service and bad attitude!

I have written hundreds of reviews over the years and believe in the power of feedback; I hope you find my reveiw helpful. I have been visiting Memphis since February 2022 almost 2-3 times a month and stay nearby at a hotel. I have ordered both delivery and carryout from this specific Domino's dozens of times and 100% of the time my product has been perfect, the time to receive the food has always met or exceeded my expectations and out of all those dozens of orders, only once did they make a mistake (I recieved someone else's order) which they replaced in record FAST time. Honestly, as a veteran of the restaurant industry and as a former emplyee of Pizza Hut for over 20+ years, this location is the best Domino's I have encountered in all my years of travel. This review is long overdue but well deserved. Thank you, Domino's team on Poplar, Memphis... I see you and I appreciate you.

They used to be okay, the search for a new pizza delivery place is on and starts tomorrow. Brought me the wrong order (which means someone else got the wrong order). Then the delivery driver argued with me. Supposedly they are refunding my payment and remaking the order. They said it would be here in 20 minutes. That was 30 minutes ago.It has now been nearly two hours since I originally ordered two medium pizzas. I'm eating a granola bar and going to bed.EDIT: I never received the refund for my pizzas, but it has been several years (original review was pre-COVID). I recently tried the store again for carryout, and it was great. Still not sure about delivery given past experience. Bump to 3 stars.

So I placed an order through the app and I got a thing of lava cakes a Memphis BBQ chicken pizza and a five cheese dip with their garlic bread twists and when I got it my food was cold and my five cheese dip was literally nothing but burnt cheese on the bottom I am highly disappointed in dominoes because I ordered from them quite frequently I expect to have the same level of customer service that I have had prior. They have a lack of customer service experience and I am very disappointed.
