Church's Texas Chicken - Memphis

July 3 the store suppose to open at 10am. I arrived at 11. Instead of the child using the speaker she comes outside yells at the line of cars stating We ain 't open yet then gets made because noone heard her. Lol Lawd help your people. Smh ?

No complaints. Long lines but no issues to report. Food was fresh and hot. At the drive through cashier was professional and courteous towards me.

Waited an hour in drive thru, as lobby was closed. Saw employees just hanging outside instead of helping customers. Then on top of that, next day got an alert from bank that someone tried to use my card info , and that was only place I used that particular card in weeks. I happened to use the Amex there because it looked dicey and my inner voice told me to use Amex.

The food may taste good. However, they Never give me all my food. This is the Third time, and they Never answer the phone.Food: 5/5

Now with churches take Texas Chicken I am a fan but I will be honest on a couple occasions I went in there and it seemed like somebody threw away the recipe but I will say I have been more satisfied then less satisfied in the different times that I've been there and I go at least once to twice a week. The only thing you have to deal with if you going to the one on Elvis Presley is heavy traffic a long line name the chicken is good it really is it is really good all all that items that I have tried I have not been disappointed as of yet but ordering on delivery might be a different thing from time to time when you're all on delivery you are at the mercy of someone that cannot see you face to face.Parking: The church is about 10 on Elvis Presley the parking is real limited the drive-thru is way too small for the amount of traffic that comes through there but people look at it that is worth it so we don't mind trying to park in other parking lots or staying in a long line for their chicken .
