Chipotle Mexican Grill - Memphis

I literally have never been to Chipotle ever till yesterday. Great guidance from the staff on the subway style burrito lineup. Food tasted great and all but spent the rest of the evening and next morning paying for it. I feel a few pounds lighter so I'll probably be back for another round of weight loss treatment.

Been here a few times and they?re normally a little slow but tonight was awful. There was a line out the door and they had one guy working the entire line while 8 other people were prepping food, stacking boxes, or preparing to go orders. At one point 5 people were huddled up just chatting while this one poor dude was making everybody?s food. At one point a woman I presume to be the manager said something snarky to the guy and then left in the middle of the rush. Great leadership. I won?t be returning here any time soon.

I usually have a decent experience at this location there are way better ones in the city to go to) and I usually order on the app to avoid the long line. We tonight was pointless to do so because it took 30 mins for me to get my food. When I checked the bag before leave that?s when the to go employee decided to inform me of them being out of guacamole. I had spoke to him when I first came in and gave him my name, he stated it?s coming up. Trying to be patient is one thing but the fact that when I ask about my order after sitting for 30 mins, he looks on the shelve in front of him and hands me my bag. Being out of guacamole I can over look even though this locations always out of items specifically guac) but just holding my order and I let you know I was there waiting unacceptable. I watch for 30 mins as he called out ever other persons waiting names to receive their order. I get that places are under staffed but this location is just not it. This isn?t my first incident at this location either in the 2 years I?ve been in this area from rude employees to just plain bad service. Hopefully they can get it together.

This location has really gone downhill. They are consistently out of guacamole, veggies and a few other items (vinaigrette, cheese, guacamole, and veggies today). The staff sit around and chat with each other (today one was yelling at her boyfriend right behind me when I was eating), and it?s dirty. I really like chipotle but this location has been consistently off for a while now.

I love Chipotle's food, but the service here is pretty bad, regularly. I tend to order on the app to avoid the long lines, but I can't say I have ever had a good experience with pickup. I almost always am waiting just as long as people in the restaurant. They don't put pickup orders on the shelves, so you're waiting for employees to ask for your name, which takes forever. Last time, they put someone else's food in my bag, and I had to go back because I have dietary restrictions.
