Chester's Chicken - Memphis

I can see why this is the lowest rating food location i have ever seen. The only good thing I can say about this location is that the lights are on. Otherwise this is a dump. So obviously STAY AWAY!Food: 1/5

I 'm a truck driver and when I come into a truckstop or restaurant I would expect a nice warm welcome and a smile but I did not receive that when I came to this Chester 's Chicken location this was really disappointing to see this bad customer service I truly felt unwanted as a customer they made the experience very uncomfortable and made it feel like what do you ok now get out kinda attitude i would NOT recommend this Chester 's Chicken location to anyone.

Why did I not check the reviews before I ordered this chicken. Dried out and cold and they wouldn't refund my money. Since I'm short I couldn't really see the chicken display. Check the reviews before you buy!!! Live and learn . Oh and the box says always fresh ? no apology from the staff they just kept saying we don't do refunds on food.

The security guard there was very hostile. I would recommend avoiding loves truck stop on Llamar altogether. I have been a customer of Chester's chicken for over 5 years at this location and enjoyed it.i drove a semi truck and lived at this location for 3.5 years and never had any problems until this particular hateful individual became involved with Chester's chicken subway and loves truck stop.

Food was terrible and I was nice as can be and the lady behind the counter was rude
