Bidra med feedbackThe food was not good mostly fish. The parking lot was nasty. I ate my food in the parking lot went back around for a pecan pie . They meaning a Man and lady took my order, get to the window they said what u order oh we didn 't ring that up sat there 5 minutes for a slice if pie. No apology or anything.
Unfriendly front end staff. Not a smile in the place. Very short and rude with the elderly couple needing condiments. Staffer told them that they didn't get fries with their meal when the picture clearly shows that they should. I will never return because of the way they treated this couple.
I don’t usually get lunch before noon. However I had to today and I am really disappointed in the food! The service was great, no line, but my Sandwich was cold. My fish just didn’t taste fresh, it was soggy filled with grease. The fried okra was super soggy and soaked with grease. I had a bad experience here before my fist time trying this location about 5 months ago and was hoping I’d get a better experience. Unfortunately, i don’t plan on trying this location again.
Had a horrible experience at this place. We placed an online order at 4:30 last Friday, 10/21. Gave them am hoir to fix it. Got there at 5:30 to pick it up and them the drama happened. They couldn't fund the order, it wasn't in the system, they weren't going to make it for us or refund us. I did file a complaint, and the owner of the store did contact me. I asked for a refund, but when I went back in Minday 10/24, the employees start3d getting g all nervous again and said they were contacted and were told to re-do the order, so I said fine....go ahead. I didn't want to deal with the drama again. Kudos to the owner for reaching out. But, I will never eat at one of these places again.
Fairly new Capt D’s location. Employees were professional and friendly. Food was fresh, hot, and good tasting. Regular fish was cooked perfectly and side item of coleslaw was also very good. Will repeat!
