When I came across this restaurant online, I was thrilled to discover that their entire menu was gluten-free. When I visited the restaurant for the first time, I anticipated that the food would be good, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything tasted. Their waffles were the best I have ever had! The menu offers a variety of healthy options, making it a great choice for everyone. This restaurant has quickly become my new favorite, and I highly recommend it to anyone, whether they have gluten intolerance or not.

My partner and I had breakfast here. It's a must-visit spot when in Memphis, TN! Everything is gluten-free, which was perfect for my numerous food sensitivities. It made me feel great! Conveniently located near Beale Street, we highly recommend this restaurant.
