Dunkin' - Medina

This is the reason I stopped being a regular customer at Dunkin? Donuts. Because they suck. It?s noon and there?s no donuts. When I ask when they?ll have more donuts they say they won?t. I asked her what time they close. Lady behind the counter said 8o?clock. So no donuts between noon and 8 o?clock. They need to change their name to Dunkin Sometimes Donuts.

First time we go to Dunkin' donuts they have no donuts second time within the month we order a dozen of Boston cream and there was NO cream in the middle THEN WE TRY TO CALL THE STORE AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED WRONG PHONE NUMBER CLEARLY ON THERECEIPT IT STATES THE PHONE NUMBER AND THE NUMBER IS NO LONGER...SO HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THEY WAY BACK TO THE STORE ...????SO IFYOU DO GO THERE BE AWARE OF THE SITUATIONS AND CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING

Never give napkins, food is burnt, why the hell is there SAUSAGE on my Bacon Egg and Cheese???????

The bacon was burnt and the coffee arrived ice cold, even though it was only 10 minutes after I ordered.

I ordered an iced matcha latte, but it arrived looking brown and didn’t taste like matcha at all.
