Zambistro - Medina

I was looking for a new restaurant to enjoy dinner with my daughter. A dear friend, an approved foodie, proposed Zambistro in Medina. Only 15 or 20 minutes away we decided to try. We were pleasantly surprised! Quint and clean, the ambience was very nice (although something too bright). The host and waiting staff made us feel very welcome, we could not wait to see the menu. Our server, Chris, was very attentive every step of the way; answer questions and make suggestions. The star of the show, the food, did not disappoint! When my daughter and I went home, she told Dad we need to add Zambistro to the list. I agree.

What a wonderful place for dinner and cocktails. I like the many options they have for dinner. You have two outside door areas where you sit, one is on a balcony and the second is a igloo experience. The decor is simple, yet stylish. Our server Kara did a great job to explain the menu, and I really appreciated their recommendations. I took her proposal for dinner, and I'm so glad I did. I'm glad to come back here. Filet mignon- boil perfectly and spices exactly right.. Every bite was delicate and edible Bistro salad- very fresh ingredients and I really enjoyed the creamy Parmesan Dressing Espresso crème brûlée- beautiful subtle taste of coffee. Loved the texture of the brûlée cocktails- forget the name, but the cocktail was amazing

Amazing food!!! Many innovative dishes and dessert. Her strawberry vinaigrette is absolutely the best sauce I had with every salad. The best restaurant in the area! The staff is really friendly and nice. The ambience is great! Will definitely visit again!

Lobster Pasta absolutely tasteful and delicious. My fiancée also enjoyed his chicken meal. Ambience great in igloo seats during colder months. One of our favorite restaurants.

Hosted a large party and the event went off seamlessly! We threw a few curveballs and they handled it. The service was excellent, everyone was very well trained. The food was delicious and promptly served/flow managed for the size of the group. Thankful to have a restaurant like this close to home! Group favorites were the tuna and calamari apps, lobster pasta and filet mignon. Everyone was very happy with the party!
