Bidra med feedbackI order from here and there and am an enthusiastic lover of the Brussels sprouts. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated considerably in recent years. Orders are often cancelled without notice and orders are often lacking incompletely with several components. Very disappointing.
It was my first time to visit a Smashburger in Medford, MA today. The customer service experience was excellent. Lana the manager was very nice, very welcoming that my order was all set. The food was excellent, the burger was really good frits were perfect presentation was good. I didn't want anything better... I definitely come to Smashburger. Very good experience.
Long waiting time? 20-25 minutes for a burger when the store was? Store menu is heavily concentrated on their chicken offerings. We had to find a menu on our phone to actually see the burgers, which is a little strange considering that the place is called Smashburger, not Smashchickentender.
The girl behind the counter never greeted us. She was and still eats an ice cream with Airpods. The children behind the counter cooking the food have long hair and no hair nets / hats on. A child came out of the kitchen with his gloves and held his pants up because they had fallen down and continued to make his own drink at the counter where all the customers make their drinks with his gloves. Then went back to the kitchen. The girl delivers our food to the table with total attitude. I said thank you for hoping very politely for an answer and she just went away. Even food was rough!
The burger had more mayo than meat. There had to have been a quarter pound of mayo on it. Waited 35 minutes for one burger. There were only two customers ahead of me. One of them sent their burger back because of the same mayo issue. I chalked it up to a fussy customer, until I got home and opened mine.
