Pho Bistro 2 - McKinney

I've been going to this place for about two years now and i absolutely love there pho. I have noticed that they don't change there garlic sauce that's on the tables. last few times I've been, the sauce is bubbly and white and smells bad. They should be changing this daily and refrigerating it. But other than that everything else is great.

I used to be a regular, knowing the Asian angry lady gives a horrible service, today I decided to not come back again, my food was not tasting good at all, I barely touched it, I told her and she started saying that nobody had complain about it and that I ate all the meat, my dish was barely touched. I had to pay for the whole plate, she didn’t want to change it or give me another plate of the same meal, I had to pay and left a whole meal. The other servers just looked ashamed, part of running a restaurant is knowing that food can go bad in an hour, es customer service is crucial.

1st time to visit. The dining room was aromatic and inviting. Quite a few patrons upon arriving after 1 pm for a late lunch. Friendly employees. Ordered the Beef Flat Noodles. Good flavor. Fair portion. Would've benefitted from a tad more vegetables. Pricing was par for the area.Food: 3/5

The food is okay but not worth the bad treatment. I’ve been a regular at this place for awhile, but have finally decided to never visit again after yet another bad experience. I see the type of people the staff caters to, and I will honestly say that if you are not Caucasian or Asian, you will NOT be treated nice in this establishment. If you are a minority, this is not a place you can drop in after work if you’re in casual clothes as you will be treated poorly. Even if you dress nicely, you will be treated a little better but still not serviced as quickly as others or approached at the door for seating! There was one really sweet girl who used to work there who at least always made me feel welcome, but after her departure I figured I shouldn’t spend my hard earned money at a place that doesn’t even want me there! Not to mention, I can go a bit further for better service and better portion sizes.You order a regular pho, you’ll get a small bowl, you order a large pho, you get a regular-sized bowl. The cost of food went up, but the quantity and quality has declined. This place will not survive if it continues to neglect these importance things: reasonable food portions, food quality, and most importantly, customer service!!!!

I always have loved pho bistro! I come here often and the owner is very kind and familiar with me! I usually order the N11 or chicken fried rice. It’s affordable and will satisfy your craving!! Genuinely… this place is worth your time and money. PLUS the sushi is amazing and fresh DAILY.Food: 4/5
