Emporium Pies - McKinney

The girl working the counter was so sweet answering all of my questions about every single pie on display! My son knew right away what he wanted but there were so many that looked so delicious! The store was charming and such great character, we really enjoyed relaxing with a slice of pie and cold glass of water!

Good old-fashioned American pie. A variety of delicious flavors. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Only two things I dislike about this shop. First, the tables are dirty, so I always have to ask the staff to wipe them. Second, they charge a dollar extra for iced coffee. Those are some expensive cubes of ice.

Delicious pie but incredibly overpriced. 8 bucks for 5 bites, not worth it.

I didn't like the pie I got and my boyfriend didn't like the ice cream pie either. I normally go to the one in the bishop arts district but I wouldn't come back to this location. I will say it was an inconvenience as well after I complained because they made me pay the difference for another pie and didn't offer to warm it up. I didn't like the experience or the pies.
