Bartle Lodge - MCCLOUD

We call the Bartle Lodge Aunt Linda Square because of the family feeling of the place. Make sure to order the potato pancakes! Not different from her somewhere!

Great breakfast and lunch. I'm going 20 miles out of my way to dinner. The cook is great. And battle mascot Rufus do a good job as a bar tender and waitress. Good food and servings at the price. Best in my opinion in Siskiyou Land!!

Absolute must stop for breakfast / brunch when you go through. Large potato pancakes and delicious coffee. Friendly atmosphere with a taste of the easy-going nature of the area. Cell Service is a little dirty, but this is perfect for a rustic brunch!

I left Mt. Shasta on the way to Lake Tahoe and came over this jewel! I've never had potato pancakes, but I'm so glad I tried them here! They were delicious and the service was in place!

Can’t say enuf good words about the lodge or the very nice owner, Linda. Food was high quality, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Price was fair. Service prompt and friendly. The cafe was clean and homey. The bar looked like a cool place to hang out for a lazy afternoon. Will we go back? Oh yeah!
