Bidra med feedbackInitially it was a cool, beachy vibe with great staff and good food, one of mine and my daughters favorite places to go. Since being under new ownership, it's been on a quick downhill slide. The decor has been redone; its now a cold, boring atmosphere. I don't know what they're trying for; maybe attempting a bistro/upscale cafe vibe? They missed. At least the bathrooms aren't red anymore. The staff is at minimum; pretty certain the new owner was working the counter today, and the best I'll say is she is friendly. The food is still good (although my toast was dry, and you have to ask for salt/pepper/condiments), it just takes longer because of lack of staff. Also, pay attention to the bill because there is now a difference between paying cash or using plastic!? I hope this is a temporary backside, but it will be a good while before I come back.
This place is great! I have been here twice in one week once for breakfast and then for lunch ! This place is always consistent and very close to my house, great family restaurant and they even have ice cream
We ordered 2 gourmet burgers on Saturday night and it was devoid of customers. For almost $30 we had a dry lump of stuffed burger. You can have 3 choices of stuffing so it is basically a poor quality burger with cheese inside. So many better choices in Hobe Sound. It is apparent the owners have given up here, so you should to.
Popped in here for a quick bite, it was after their breakfast menu had finished but they happily served us from that menu no fuss at all.. And the waitress was wonderful welcoming, friendly efficient.. Food was fab and piping hot, restaurant clean and bathrooms spotless.. Can't fault the place, and we'll definitely be back :
Went for the lunch special and got the cheeseburgers outstanding. Surprisingly affordable for a great burger. I had the fries for my side and my wife the dill spears. Go for it.
