Ihop - Manhattan

Please tell me I got fucked up. this place should not be allowed to stay in business. very dirty, slippery floors and the grilled chicken sandwich I ordered, smells like rohemn and they told me that they were from tomato so that I only got salat. the waitress I have to say was very nice and professional, she should consider this to a more elevated place, because ihop does not deserve a co-worker like her. the manager must be fired immediately and the health council should really pay a visit to this place.

Honestly this experience was horrible! Waited too long for the food! Potatoes and french toast came first and the eggs and bacon came cold after 10min! Also the portion in the food definitely decreased immensely! Had a palm size omelet, and for the price ABSOLUTELY NOT! Compared to the one in the Bronx (235th st) this isnt service! Oh and to think there was noone at the front desk either so we waited 10min to be seated. The french toast already came soggy and to top it off the waitress started yelling very vulgar things to another customer who waited long as well just because she said something was missing. People have waited online for more than 20minutes just to go to a table that is dirty and has not been cleaned up. We also have waited to JUST GET THE CHECK I almost left as well. This is ridiculous and for all this trouble they might as well close! I wish to be refunded all my money because this was terrible

This location is very unorganized. We got here and were told the wait is 15 minutes which is fine with us. I asked if we need to put our names down or anything and the girl says no so we just stand by. Then about 10 minutes later another hostess comes and asks who’s next to be seated. How are you asking the customer who’s next ? She then points at a group of people who came after us to seat them so I tell her we were here first so they sit us.We were seated at 11:27am it is now 12:37pm and we are STILL waiting on our food. The waitress is actually very nice but this is ridiculous. The two tables next to us are also complaining about the wait time for the food. We’re Never coming back here again !

The server Austin G. was rude and arrogant. He made a face when I ordered warm water to drink after explaining that I had a medical condition.Originally the server said milkshakes were not available so I ordered lemonade for the kids. I guess they suddenly became available and he brought them out without asking.
