Ruby Cafe - Lower Saucon

The workers are very accommodating and friendly. Never had a problem with take out orders. They have been accurate 100% of the timeThey care and it shows.

Best Chinese food I have tried in the area.Beef lo mein and boneless spare ribs with fried rice.

After moving to Bethlehem, I felt like it was a mission to find a good quality Chinese take out spot. But Ruby Cafe has not disappointed. Hands down the cleanest and most delicious in Bethlehem. Tiny downside is that they don’t deliver but that’s ok the drive is always worth it.

They still aren't allowing anyone to eat in, so you must have your order as pick up. The food was just okay. I struggle to find Chinese food I like. I prefer my sesame chicken( general tso) to be a bit crispy with sauce. It was nothing but mush. I tried putting it in my air fryer, but that overcooked it. The vegetable lo mein didn't have very many veggies at all. Might as well have gotten plain lo mein. The vegetable rolls were really good. I did enjoy those!

UPDATE: since eliminating their seitan items, this has become just another average Chinese food spot. It’s not like the food is suddenly bad, but they ditched the one thing that made them stand out.
