Sonic Drive-in - Loveland

I was fortunate enough to pick up my takeout order on a sunny and warm late December day. The outdoor seating area was mostly clean and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Sonic for their food and outdoor dining options, especially when the temperature is above 40 degrees and the wind is calm.

Quick and welcoming service. I have visited several Sonic locations recently and some have not met my expectations, but this one seems to be running smoothly. I especially enjoy the pretzels and breakfast burritos.

As usual, the food was good. The server seemed confused when we gave him more money than required. Don't you all tip your servers?

Waited minutes for drinks and called twice in the load to inquire the waiting time and the second time asked to talk to the manager. the manager came up and told me if I didn't like it, I could go and request a refund online. called back to ask for the name and number of the owners and was told that all she knew was his first name “Monte” was given a number for an alleged district manager and when I called it it led to a voicemail that had not been set up. filed a complaint online and will never return my business to this location. most far they run the place.

I've changed my review. I sat outside, in a stall after I had already paid, and never got my order. I sat there for minutes, pressed the button several times after a eta or my order to cancel and receive a refund. Nobody ever came out. I had to go without my food and without my money. all for a drink and a dead one.
