We had an amazing experience at this restaurant thanks to Rebecca, who served as both our waitress and manager. We will definitely be requesting her again in the future as we are frequent Dine Rewards members. Her service was very professional and high quality. The grouper dish we ordered was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
I always get the Bang Bang shrimp tacos and Brussel Sprouts. They are amazing. The pineapple Martini is also a favorite. The atmosphere is very nice and the wait staff is very professional.
We go to bonefish every holiday season for the white cosmo and dinner. The cosmo was great but our service was terrible. The restaurant was empty the food was dry and terrible! We were shocked. Have never ever had such a bad experience. I got the haddock and ate three bites. It was so dry and tough. My husband and sister in law got grouper. It was such a small piece that was practically burned on top. Never seen grouper like that. They first came back and told us they were out of couscous so my husband said we will just order something else and when she went to get menu she came back and said oh they found some. Well they brought out all of our food. And the two getting grouper got the meal without couscous and had to wait at least two minutes for it to be delivered in a bowl. Not even over the grouper! Just poor service by a server that unfortunately had no personality. I hate to see this happen especially with all the new restaurants opening around bonefish. I won’t be back for a long long time. Spent way too much money tonight to only enjoy the white cosmos and bang bang shrimp. Sorry about this post but please get it back together! We used to live this restaurant.
The parmesan encrusted rainbow trout is my favorite entree! The food is always excellent. Ask for the Caesar salad dressing to dip your bread in as your appetizer. My husband and I have dined here several times throughout the years and will continue to do so. This past visit we had an issue with the delivery of our closed tab. We received someone else’s credit card and the other table received ours. Neither of us noticed as both our cards looked identical. The next day when I noticed, o called the restaurant proving my contact info to the manager. He said he would look into it asap and try and find the other customer as I was able to see his name on the cc I had. I didn’t hear from the manager and I noticed a small transaction on my card. I knew the other guy had no idea. I shut down my cc and reached out to him myself through Facebook. Not one time did the manager follow up with me. Thank god the other customer of Bonefish and I are honest ppl and did not do anything crazy financially. This could have been a very costly mistake. Please check your cc from now on when leaving any establishment- I know I will! Management, please know to follow up better with your customers.
