Outstanding customer service as expected, at the lovely Brown Hotel J. Graham's Cafe. The Hotbrown was delicious and Winnie, our server, could not have been more kind and prompt.

Comfortable, classy and friendly, all with well-prepared food.

We had another fantastic brunch experience at the Brown Hotel. The food was exceptional, the service was top-notch, and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. My grandmother even felt like she had been transported back in time. We are so happy we made the trip to Louisville and can't wait to visit again.

The food and service were fantastic. The atmosphere was tranquil and the dining experience was the perfect way to close out our anniversary weekend.
