I prefer to go to the desktop website against the mobile app page. Only a personal preference in the design of the website. Our food was delicious. This time we went with Jumbo Pizza, family salad and cinnamon frosted bread sticks for dessert. As always, thank you for your great service Valentino goes!!
Best customer service and to-go location in Nebraska. They make my cinnamon breadsticks to market quality every dang time! Love this location. Val?s would really level up your game if you put a few dollars into marketing though.
Always great food. Lately they?ve been running behind (who hasn?t been with serving shortages? but had a good attitude about how slammed they were and apologized for the wait. Please be kind when waiting. I think the worst part of the wait was listening to customers treat the staff rudely. Shout out to Kenzie for staying calm and kind??
Still good, but not as mouth-watering as they used to be... In the past, I 'd order my surf-n-turf pizza, with hamburger, shrimp, g. pepper, onion, mushroom. It was hard not to eat the whole dang large pie.. These days, it reeks of salt, garlic, and the cheese don 't taste right... Oh well....
?Patience is a virtue? At first I was slightly annoyed, Because I ordered online take out which indicated it might take 20 minutes or more depending on how busy it is. Which is totally understandable. The place was extremely busy, Which in my opinion means the food is pretty good. I waited patiently because you could see the work staff was working hard to fill everybody?s orders. Once I got home I realized that the salad was incorrect and I was missing garlic bread. I realized it was an honest mistake because they were extremely busy. But you always want what you paid for. I decided to call the store and talk to the manager (Dennis) I explain the situation and told him I wasn?t mad I just asked if it would be possible to get a refund for the garlic bread. this manager should get a raise! He not only apologized for the honest mistake and said he would be willing to deliver me a gift card tonight. I told him that I knew he was very busy and I would be willing to pick up the gift card the next day. Way to go Valentino?s Business Motto. Not only is your food good but you have great employees!
