restaurant cote 2000 - Les Allues

Very good restaurant with excellent value for money knowing that it is an altitude restaurant! I was advised by my ski instructor suzy and I do not regret. the view on the station is also beautiful.

Have visited a few times over the years for a lunch on the slopes and always been satisfied. It sits uniquely on the Courchevel side of the descent into Mottaret with beautiful views over the valley. On a nice day the great sun terrace is the place to be. It is mostly recently revamped and is about 80% self service and 20% waiter served. On a fairly busy, warm and sunny Wednesday there was no difficulty in getting a table - not like Mottaret below. The self-service seemed to be providing very hearty fare enjoyed by all, but my friend and I sat in the restaurant area and the service was quite outstanding as other reports attest. The food (roast chicken salad for me) was quite exquisite and excellent. Well done!It is expensive, even for the slopes. The salad was €22, while two small beers, two salads and a bottle of water was €63. I do object to asking for "une carafe d'eau" and being asked "gazeuse ou non?". I replied "eau normale" but the waiter returned with an already-opened 1L bottle of mineral water which turned out to cost €9. Do I really have to say "eau du robinet" to get some tap water? We were ordering beer at the same time so were not on a cost saving mission. The waiter forfeited any service charge. The tip was in the bottle! The restaurant has forfeited one star in the rating. What a pity.

We went to the restaurant one day found by chance with few people (unlike others at higher altitude) and we found this verytres service and good dish without excess at the level of the addition so we returned the next day to the self; copied and good fresh andtarif correct a good address ...

Among friends we have registered for the climbing formula in ladies, evening in this place and ski down to the torch or again in ladies (50€ go back aperitif flat dessert wines and more if you are nice). arrived at the restaurant, served aperitif, followed by a savoyard fondue for some, pierrade for others. Be fun and friendly, the mistress of the place will give you, two savoyard fondues ordered, finally two others in rabbi. the shots of genepi at the end, what more?the quantities are there (as much at the meat level for the pierrade or pieces of bread and charcuterie for the fondue)The atmosphere is top, the staff also, the kitchen also, nothing to add we are good at this place!
