Chicken Express - League City

While food is generally good, our order has missed some items the last four times! Today it was one of the pages. People are nice, but check your order before you leave. I think we need to go to Popeyes or somewhere else.

I will never order from this place again. The fries were warm and limp and the chicken was chewy as if it sat under a heat lamp too long. Also, don't expect a receipt. I can write off my food at work, but only with a receipt.

This place is horrible the chicken tenders tasted horrible with no flavor the chicken tender were black the boneless chicken bites were burnt and you can smell the burning the manager nerve of her to have an attitude with me because I'm returning how food that I paid $25 they refuse to give me my money back they don't give out refunds buyer beware buy at your own risk I left the food there with them I show you you can keep the food then how rude the manager tells another employee why I'm talking to her and she says to and employee I'm going to meet you in my office no sis you can't tell someone you going to meet him in your office while you indulging with me about my order you have a very bad attitude but guess what I'm reclaiming my time. Reclaiming my time. I asked for dinner rolls and receive biscuits the receipt clearly states I wanted dinner rolls I asked for no salt on my fries my fries had a pile of salt a pile of salt. They should not be putting salt anyway giving people high blood pressure and cholesterol issues bad enough it's fried food. But guess what buyer beware look at the person's review before mine look how they boneless spicy chicken bites look nice and bright look how mine's look burnt your sending me a message and I know what that message is

Yes it?s overpriced, but that?s everything today. I love the chicken strips, and the spicy flavor can give you a run for your money!! The gravy and mashpotatoes are great!

Definitely disappointed by our visit. The girl had worked posture, they were imaginable from each side, the Macn cheese was disgusting, and you could say the chicken was old. Too bad.
