Awful attitude from new owners not wanting to honour vouchers already sold to clients. I was told very rudely that the vouchers I had bought several months prior were not valid and it was down to me to get a refund. Complete lack of professionalism and why bother losing a valued customer for something so small? Food looks overpriced anyway and if this is the type of treatment you get over the phone God knows what you 'd get at the restaurant. Typical Swiss attitude.

Went there with my boss : . We needed a small place to discuss not being to much disturbed. We wanted a meat place and their menu is mostly this. The meat was nice. The tartare was ok. Not exceptional but good. As any restaurant in swiss, the meat is expensive. But this one was quite tasty. The service was all right but not great. She would need to concentrate a bit in being more professional and not too friendly. Or it depends what her boss said ? :

Beau petit restaurant. Très bien et assez bien! La dame qui sert très joli et très agréable! Prix correct. accès facile et petite terrasse chaude

Charmant petit restaurant. serveuse très réfléchie, efficace, gentille. Merci à elle. On a eu un très bon repas, bravo à l'équipe de cuisine. À la prochaine fois.
