Kobe Hibachi - LATHAM

I tried the Kobe Sushi burrito with tuna, salmon, crab, edamame, masago, seaweed salad. Absolutely excellent. It kind of falls apart if you totally unwrap it, so you have to give this the Chipotle burrito treatment and peel back the paper as you eat it.

We order from this place at least once a week almost every week. I think we've tried all on the menu and nothing disappointed us. Just great, especially for its price. Stay this way.

I tried the new menu Ramen and bubble tea yesterday. The ramen is probably the best in the area. Will be my go-to ramen place from now on. The owner said he made the broth in-house from scratch. You can really taste the difference from those artificial broths.Food: 5/5

The Kobe Sushi burrito is outstanding. It’s fresh and the ingredients give you the feeling of eating a sushi roll but the huge satisfactory bite of a burrito. Doesn’t lose its identity as sushi at all. The gyoza was light crunchy and flavorful. The ingredients are fresh and everything is made with a delicate touch. If this is your lunch spot all ways a good idea to call ahead. You can avoid lines and beepers handed out for people ordering at the counter.
