Charlie's Streetfood - LATHAM

This food is fine, but the owner is really grouchy, so I stopped going.

I went into Galleria 7 today and saw Charlie's StreetFood was gone! I'm very sad, I loved the food here and every person that worked there was so kind, not to mention amazing service. I came here a lot and never once did they get my order wrong and it was always perfectly fresh! I will miss this place!

The location is closed. Nothing has moved into stall. Sad they had excellent Bahn Mi and Vietnamese Coffee.

Very nice pho, not too sweet, served with hoisin and sriracha on the side and sliced jalapeños in lieu of more traditional hot peppers. I was especially enamored of the tofu, which was crispy enough to withstand immersion in the pho without disintegrating. Friendly service. I'm not sure this is on my top 5 Phos of all time but it's excellent and a welcome option at Galleria 7.I tried the banh mi on an earlier visit and it was fine, but I'll take the pho on my next visit.
