Subway - Lake View

The line is usually short and the staff is curtious and efficient. The sandwiches and cookies are always wonderful. This is my go-to place for lunch when I'm in the area. I would recommend this shop to friends and family.

Walked in (6:50pm) not sure of the closing time..(7pm)... I was prepared to turn around and leave but the young lady, Cameron.. invited me to order... In her head I'm sure it was ugh!.. I managed Retail for more than 16 years). But she did not make me feel that way...she smiled and joked as she took my order... The Subs were awesome!.. even if they had not been, this young lady already made me feel like a truly valued customer.. and that will win my business everytime...Well done Cameron...I highly recommend this location!

The girl that was working made great sandwiches. She was on top of the game and was very professional.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The customer service here is very poor and it is unclear how to handle any type of customer. I can't believe the way they speak to their paying customers. They even went as far as showing recordings of a customer to ask exactly what they wanted and then proceeded to give false advice on the menu and forget multiple items from our order. I have worked in customer service for a long time and it is never okay to treat paying customers with such disrespect. This experience was absolutely terrible and ridiculous. I will never support this location again.

The Subway is amazing! Every time I order a sandwich, they make it perfectly. The staff should be proud of themselves for their great work.
