Bamboo Sushi - Lake Oswego

Look, I’m a big fan. I love your stuff. It’s delicious, fresh handcrafted flavorgasm sushi. Tonight though, I saw “crispy rice” and thought that sounded interesting. Boyyy, was it. It made me question the Maas hardness scale. My teeth shifted, you made me rethink my life purpose. Do I need to become an advocate against crisping rice. This place was divine really upped their game from last time we went there, fish is super fresh and love all the menu options. Not a fan of the hard rice menu but everything else was amazing. Great drink options too.

I ordered online and came in to get the food. There were employees walking around and they, at least 4 of them, all saw me and did eye contact. Nobody acknowledged me or offered to get me my food that was bagged and ready to go. After several minutes I yelled excuse me, but still no assistance. Finally I got someone to acknowledge me, and they just said get it yourself. I did, but the service there sucks. Portions were small and the quality just average. Staff is friendly and attentive, the food is wonderful! I was recommended the Hoki Poki Box and it was fantastic

Really disappointed in the customer service here. What happened to the golden rule of treating others the way you want to be treated? Do better and treat delivery drivers and guests alike with respect.
