Jack In The Box - La Jolla

So tired of this jack In box I?ve lived near here for the last 2 years and more often the not my order is wrong from not adding ingredients to missing items. Today was the last straw order a simple chicken sandwich add tomato onions and cheese got achicken sandwich plain with lettuce!! Yea I?ll find somewhere else to grab something quick

I get that there are times when stores are under staffed but giving a bad attitude or simply just ignoring customers is kinda too much. I was left on hold for 10 minutes in the drive thru before i placed my order. My order was made wrong, dude did notgive me any sauces or napkins or my receipt even when i asked for them, just closed the small window on me. Needless to say ileft with disappointment.

Drive thru is often full but it does move alomg. Many unhoused people around so if coming by foot just be awares. If coming by car in Drive thru just know it can get a little confusing as cars need spacs between the car line to get into the gas stationthats right next to it.

Wanted to try the spicy chicken strips today and I must say that's the worst piece of processed chicken I ever had. Now I am nauseous too, the best part of the meal was the spicy sauce and fries ????The customer service was great as well but thatchicken was awful ???? never again....The only reason why I'm not giving 1 star is because of the customer service.

I just don?t understand why this restaurant cannot read and follow orders from Uber Eats. This is the second time tried to give them a second chance. Never again, I threw my food in the trash. Now that I?m reading the recent reviews I guess I shouldhave known better. This restaurant has a recent history of bad food.
