Häagen-dazs Ice Cream Shop - La Jolla

Last night I went to Haagen-Dazs and was immediately greeted with two big smiles from Cody and Nathan. They let me sample flavors and were so kind the entire time even when it became busy. I got the midnight cookies and cream and was shocked at how amazing it was! Lovely customer service and ice cream! #Thatsdaaz!!!!

The ice cream here is so delicious!! I had trouble deciding on a flavor but I was accommodated by Reese who gave me samples of some of her favorites!! She was super kind and did not seem annoyed at all by my indecisiveness! Great ice cream even better service!!

I could not find a coffee place in LaJolla for 2 hours. I passed Häagen-Dazs and Reese accommodated me in spite of not being a coffee shop. She whipped together a coffee that surpassed everything on the Starbucks menu. Thank you Reese, for your professionalism, your customer service and your optimistic personality. Keep those qualities and I truly hope your chain of command sees this review. This Coffee was for a VIP well known name. It is well deserved. 5* Reese

A nice little shop with a couple of tables out front for folks to enjoy their treat. The server who served up our ice cream was very nice. We paid what I considered to be too much for the ice cream. But to be fair, this Haagen-Dazs was substantially less expensive than the Ben Jerry's we encountered at Seaport Village a little bit earlier. We passed on Ben Jerry's, but broke down a forked over too much money at this Haagen-Dazs. Ben Jerry's wanted $11 for a large cone. This Hagen-Dazs only over charged us $8 for a large cone. Again, to be fair, that's the only bad thing I have to say about this Haagen-Dazs. It was a nice little store, for a nice treat. As long as you can swallow the price you will pay.

Unsanitary behaviors exhibited by an employee handling ice cream containers behind the counter. Also it appeared a friend was allowed to select a pre bottled beverage without having to pay for.
