Fat Bamboo Cafe - Kulai

The Fat Bamboo Cafe in Kulai is a hidden gem located in the peaceful paradise of Putuo Village in Johor. It's the perfect spot to spend a weekend with your friends in a quaint rural café. Surrounded by lush greenery, the café is beautifully decorated with white and bamboo furniture and large glass windows that offer a view of the scenic surroundings. Unfortunately, the Iced Matcha Latte was sold out, but we enjoyed other signature cold brewed coffees, hot chocolate, and cappuccinos. Cold drinks are served in bamboo cups, adding to the charm of the place. We also indulged in baked cheesecake and black sesame cheesecake to accompany our drinks. The real highlight, however, is the soft serve ice cream served in bamboo cups, available at the entrance of Putuo Village starting at 11 a.m. The queue was too long during our visit, so we reluctantly passed on trying it.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes. Overall, a great place for a meal with friends or family.
