Bidra med feedbackThe staff are very friendly, but the manager, Miss Atika, is arrogant and lacks manners. Starbucks management should reconsider her position if they want the business to thrive. The issue was a matter of a RM2 discount. As a regular Starbucks customer, I found it disappointing that she was willing to lose a customer just to maintain her attitude of arrogance.
Overall, my experience at the restaurant was good. The majority of the staff provided excellent customer service. However, there was one staff member (I believe her name was Nuyin) who mocked me and my friends for staying in the outlet too late. I would have appreciated it if she had just politely informed us that it was closing time. As someone who also works in the F&B industry, I understand how tiring it can be. Perhaps her attitude was a result of exhaustion. Despite this, I still appreciate the hard work and dedication of the staff at Starbucks. I hope she gets some rest.
This Starbucks location is large and offers ample seating, along with easy and convenient parking. It is less busy on weekends, making it a great choice for those seeking a more quiet atmosphere. The nearby surau in the mall is also convenient and well-maintained.
Probably the worst Starbucks outlet I've been to. Had to wait for 30 mins for just a drink, only to get the wrong order. Staffs weren't really friendly either.
