Dessert from @lalolamumbai In the frame is the goey chocolate cake, New York baked cheesecake and panna cota (definitely the best)
Great ambience, loved the service and foodThe choice of options in the menu were quite elaborate with great suggestions by the staffTried the chicken penne pasta, avocado prawn toastThe portion sizes are quite small for two peopleGreat variety for the cocktails as well but a bit overpriced and some of the cocktails come in really small portions!
Had been here with my friends for a chill time and must say this place is so pleasant. We had ordered Fruit bomb e-hookah which was such amazing flavor and they really had such a nice service. Though they really have limited option in veg food but their Pocket Pizza Starter is a must try with a tangerine chutney. Oh and how can I forget Strawberry Coconut Shake such a mild taste of coconut it. Was really yummm..A must visit place....
With tons of great restaurants and lounges, Kamala Mills is the ideal hangout place for many weekend enthusiasts in Mumbai. While half of the complex is occupied by various corporate offices, the other half is always brimming with great food, booze and chatter. The latest entrant to the complex is an Italian fine dining restaurant called La Lola, situated in the Oasis City Complex. We had a chance to visit the restaurant to find out what the hype was all about, and we have to say, we were far from being disappointed.<br/ <br/ Specially curated by Advaita Vazirani, the editor of Food and Wine Magazine, the menu at La Lola is as exciting for vegetarians as it is for non vegetarians. Legend has it that La Lola has been inspired by a girl named Lola, a figment of restaurateur Ayush Sahani’s imagination. Lola is from Italy, and is the muse behind the graceful personality of the restaurant. From the dim lighting to the cozy seating, everything about the restaurant screams romance. The chequered floor, white brick walls, brass accents and mirrors all make up an elegant space that is ideal for an intimate meal. It helps that every table has a tiny candle flickering politely. A baby piano plays some jazz tunes in the distance, acting as the perfect soundtrack to what is hopefully a date with a special someone.<br/ <br/ What we were served: Torched Brie Crostini, Fungi Tartufo Pizza and Arabiatta Pizza and Vanilla Pannacotta<br/ <br/ Torched Brie Crostini This nibble builds on the classic pairing of cheese, dried fruit, and nuts. A splash of balsamic vinegar helps bring together all the flavors. Chandon Brut wine complements it so well.<br/ <br/ Fungi Tartufo Pizza and Arabiatta Pizza – Who doesn’t love pizza? We are totally crushing over this half and half pizza that satiates us on every level for its unique assembly of mushrooms and pasta sauce on each half.<br/ <br/ Vanilla Pannacotta A molded chilled dessert popular throughout Italy that fills the air with the delicious aroma of fresh vanilla and you won't be able to wait to dive into this creamy panna cotta. <br/ <br/ In a nutshell, if you ask us, La Lola is a waste on your friends and family – this is a place designed to hold hands under the table, not high five over it. But that’s just us – you do you.
