Dutch Bros Coffee - Klamath Falls

I hate the pointless chit-chat, but they mean well.

Slowest Dutch Bros in Southern Oregon by a long shot. I'm from Grants Pass and both times I've been by the Dollar Tree DB in K Falls, I waited 8—12 minutes per car ahead of me (due to the same girl serving my lane both times who is overly friendly and chatty with everyone). I understand being friendly, but having to wait 28—32 minutes both times for only 3 cars ahead of me each time is stupid. It's not a sit down coffee shop, I'd go to one if I wanted to spend my morning doing coffee.

Either gave me the wrong drink or does not know how to make a golden eagle chai drink. My drink tastes like regular coffee with no caramel and overflowed with milk.

Everyone is always in a good mood nd willing to help when you don't quite know what you're in the mood for. Their suggestions are always spot on.

The kids there are so nice. I always like the service and generosity. They always brighten my day. Thank you.
