Kfc - Killeen

I was recently in this KFC today 1/29/2023. I have an over-essed order. In the process where I waited for the order, I saw many things that disturbed me. The first thing I saw was that no one wore gloves while I treated the food. I saw a young lady taking the chicken pliers out of the basket with her bare hands. I also watch the same girl answer to the phone drop the phone on the rolls that she prepared instead of getting new rolls and those who continue to make the sandwich. This is so UNSANITAL and it has challenged me. If I could give it 0 stars, I would, but I can't.

My job wasn't right. I asked for a classic sandwich with pimples, extra pickles and then biscuits with honey. I don't get one of them. The service windows were very unpleasant, the customer service of women was under par.

This restaurant experience was dreadful. The chicken was not crispy and looked like it had been flattened by a truck, which was quite off-putting. The mashed potatoes were old and the gravy was watery. The coleslaw was the only decent dish, but it's hard to mess up coleslaw. Overall, a disappointing meal.

It is like the restaurant is for just pick ups. It is hard to see someone working at the front. They were all may be working just 2) behind in the kitchen. It looks like abandoned. I am not a fan of KFC and again did not like the chicken tenders and fries.
