Chili's Grill - Killeen

We went on a Friday night, terrible, but super unforgettable. One of the daughters was in a stand right in front of us. And she jumps and whispers to my wife. Our waiter has us thanks to our appetizer the Mozzarella Sticks are amazing! But she forgot to take our order for about 20 minutes. Once we got up to get their attention, we have to order our food and get it like 15 minutes later. We tried to pull out boxes we waited 15 minutes to get their attention, but finally decided to get a random waiter. The ornament on the cake was when my wife dropped her ring and a child of someone else who came in came on our table when she stood up under the table and shouted "AGHHHHH". Priceless experience.

This chilis is very clean, the staff was on top to help all guests while cleaning tables when people leave. Had 5* in the atmosphere if it were darker. Food was satisfied and they have a good choice, but it is nothing special kindness: I have made my 2 years old and had a pleasant experience

The main problem is the Mac and the cheese. If I wanted power mac cheese, I would have stayed at home and done that. I feel when I go out to eat and pay the food, even the Mac and cheese should be a good and savory restaurant style. Not what I can buy for a dollar

Space needs a good deep cleaning from the toilets to the tables. It took some time for us to sit on arrival because nobody was at the door. The food was decent. Food: 3/5

Decided to go here for lunch me and my boys. Walked in got seated right away. It took almost ten minutes before someone came to our table. We ordered an appetizer and it was delivered fast. However it was so cold inside that we had to take our food to go.Food: 3/5
