If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would !I am new to the area and asked in a Facebook group earlier this month looking for restaurants that may cater food for thanksgiving. We decided to order food from “A Southern Touch Soulfood and more” and we were very disappointed. Nothing was good, so we wasted $200 on sweet potato casserole, greens, deviled eggs, and dressing.I was skeptical to begin with because they only wanted cash app, zelle, or cash. However, because it was last minutes and they had decent reviews on Facebook we went with them. I requested $100 dollars back the same day (day before thanksgiving) we picked up the food because I sampled everything and it was GROSS!They declined the request and asked what was wrong, I initially told her it’s fine, but I didn’t like anything. They offered to cook something for Christmas, but I declined.Thanksgiving day came and I put the food out and even the members who literally eat any and everything said it was disgusting and ultimately spit the food out and threw it away.I reached back out to her, literally the next day and asked if I could have a partial refund, and just let her knew that after further deliberation I would like to only pay for the things she purchased and her time because all of her food had to go in the trash.She never responded, so I will take my lose. However I am leaving a leaving a review so others are warned not to order food from this person.Pictures of the food. The ”sweet potato casserole” actually had more water than this, I actually poured some out with hopes that it would be better but it was a yam soup with marshmallows on the top.

Kimberly will not disappoint you. She is all about taking care of her customer's and their desire. Her food is delicious and fulfilling. She cater for us and everyone was pleased. Thank you Kimberly, I look forward to booking you again. God bless.

Just want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to SOUTHERN TOUCH SOULFOOD, thanks for doing my family a brisket for Christmas even though I was last minute. It was phenomenal!!! Will definitely be back again.
