The River Room - Kenilworth

Beautiful hotel, budgeting was out, no towels in the room when we didn't get shampoo or shower. beautiful restaurant, good crucian to breakfast. bar pleasant next to the small insects who fly around. had two-bedded rooms, but bedding touching and headboards meant that they could not move them apart. beautiful location.

I stay at the Chesford Grange for a corporate event. Staff were welcoming and service was great. Room was spotless. I manage to get up and use the gym the next morning it was clean tide and they had a nice setup there. The buffet breakfast was pretty standard but nice and the grounds have a nice walk around them.

Thank you for yet another fantastic stay. Lovely room, and Pauline swapped my room so we could have access to the wonderful gardens with my dogs. Jo is exceptional as a bar manager and his lovely staff, sorry did not get all your names. And thank you to Manager Lucus for a lovely warm welcome and having the time to chat with us and fuss the dogs. We are very relaxed and we will see see you all again in October. Staff 5 stars, room 5 stars, hotel 5 stars.

The hotel is lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There is a great variety of breakfast options available, ranging from a full English breakfast to continental offerings. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of parking available. During my two-night stay, there was a special event that included dinner. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm and not particularly enjoyable, although the service was impressively quick. I would consider returning and hope that the dining experience is better next time.

My partner arranged a short getaway for us, and it was a delightful experience. The dining was wonderful and truly enjoyable. All the staff members were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I also indulged in some spa treatments, and once again, the staff was fantastic and attentive. The treatments were precisely what I needed and were customized to my preferences. We had an amazing few days filled with delicious food, rejuvenating treatments, and, of course, great service.
