And the food was not good.We decided this morning to give it another shot.And I am so glad we did. Our server Wesley P was amazing. Great service, personality, attentiveness. Everything.We plan to be one of his regulars in the future. He will make us return.We spoke to the manager again this time but it was all good things. We could not sing Wesley's praises enough and complimented her on hiring him. The food was better than ever. All of the other customers around us seemed to have a good experience as well.It's under new management and it has absolutely turned around. So happy that we went back!Thank you Wesley and IHOP management!
When we got there we were greeted by a woman with bit of an attitude. Once we were seated the table had what seemed to be mashed potatoes on it. I ordered coffee and after about 5 minutes she brought it and said they were out of creamer. I then said i didn’t want it anymore and asked if they had root beer and she said with an attitude “NO”. I then ordered and milkshake and she said she’d check if they had icecream. After about 20 minutes she never came back so i left. Terrible.
Just walked in and no one working. Tables were dirty and not cleaned, no hostess. Left with 2 other families. Sad state of affairs!! !?
Eating was very happy. the server was apologetic that she did a great job. it took one because for our eating and sitting. a few left before we wait tired. platz looks outdated. they were out of banan, I wanted to bury the French toast. oh good had the rain it was really good food: 5/5
The food was meh. the highlight of our visit was our professional and dedicated server kyle. Although there were some problems in the kitchen, he remained quiet, collected and kept us updated on all kitchen processes. a real stand-up type that represents the brand ihop full. it should be assessed at the earliest opportunity for management-level management. thank you. kyle that I made my birthday an unforgettable brother!
