Marrakesh Mediterranean Cuisine

I can not win for losing with this place. I want to love it so much. The first 2 times ordering from here a couple years ago when I moved to Jacksonville, everything was on point. Today, and the last time I ordered here, not so much. I order gyros every time. The last 2 times ordering, either they've run out of , or the attention to detail is just not that important or theyre just lazy amd dont care to make it all the way correctly. I need tomato on my Gyro, but more than that, it's a part of the Ingredients automatically, on the menu. And the other part of my last visit several months ago, on top of not making my food correctly, my card was charged 10 extra dollars. AFTER, my transaction was complete for my actual price. I left a tip in the tip jar that day, and stated that on restaurant copy's receipt. Then somehow, an extra 10 was charged. Something random with another bill of mine, led me into realizing my balance was lower than it should have been. Did a little digging, and that's what I found. Possibly an honest mistake. Who's really knows. Owner apologize. No harm no foul. Still came back today, and again, food is incorrect. I'm over it. Peno and other Mediterranean options are up next and in the future. Service is up and down. Lady today at the counter was nice and friendly. In the past visits, they seem to be annoyed with having a customer(lady involved with the in question extra 10 dollar tansaction).

What food? What service? Took my wife there and was very disappointed!!! On her birthday too! Was seated then never seen the waitress again except the bartender did deliver a glass of wine and a beer. An hour goes by……wine glass empty, beer glass dry and still no waitress? HORRIBLE Place!!!!!
