Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Everything we ordered was overhauled or the order was wrong. Service was lacking and for what you pay for coffee I was only able to get one cup. There was a long wait as it was and part of that problem was there were several dirty tables and no one to clean them.

This restaurant review is extremely negative. The reviewer ordered through Uber Eats and was not satisfied with their experience. They received flat and hard biscuits, melted ice cream, overcooked and dry beans, and missing items from their order. The reviewer is disappointed with the decline in quality at Cracker Barrel and has decided not to return to the restaurant.

Had breakfast here and the food was fantastic! One thing I didn't like was I ordered a side order of the grottoes and they give you such a small order, basically just a few tablespoons full. The waitress was a beautiful young girl and very kind but she never came by to refill my coffee. I ate a few barrels of crackers every day and drove from Pennsylvania to Texas and back. Must have been fantastic but it seems to me that the waitress quality isn't as good as it used to be.

I love this place! I try to eat here every time I come into Jackson, TN! It has the best food, by far, that I have ever had! Their lunch and dinner buffet is hard to beat and the selection is all Country and all Southern!!! Then, the breakfast buffet on the weekend is untouched by ANY CHAIN RESTAURANTS IN THE USA!!!Plus, you can shop and browse by everything from Hard Rock Candy to Sasparrilla, RootBeer Floats, clothing, jewelry and thousands of other items. Give them a try!

This was my first experience in America and a dream come true since childhood. The Cracker Barrel definitely lived up to my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing! I tried cornbread, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, and classic American gravy for the first time and it was delicious. The staff were all fantastic and made me feel very welcome. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and a wide selection of items to choose from. A big thank you to all the staff and the amazing cook for making my American dream a reality. This place is a must-visit. Well done, guys!
