Bidra med feedbackI'm addicted to the nashville hot tocuit! the fruit tea is always a winner and I had every taste of her muffins...always delicious! I was only eating in the south and only during the breakfast hours. but have never been disappointed with food, service and cleanliness?
Love the coffee. Don't understand why the close so early on the weekends. Seem odd to tell a full dining room they have to leave, you'd think they'd want the business. But if you can get there early enough they're great.
First of all I would like to start off by saying I can not imagine being a restaurant owner in this day and time with staff shortages, food cost, supply issues.I went through the drive thru this morning to order some breakfast. I noticed there was a sign on the menu board that said there will be a increase of 5-10% on all items due to a supply/food cost increase. I was totally okay with paying an increase knowing that the owner has to pass his increase on to the customer so I continued with my order. I ordered two sausage rolls that were on the menu board for $1.60 each. I expected with the increase and tax for my total to be under $4 however she said my total was $5.76. When I got to the window I asked the girl to check my order to make sure it was correct, which it was. When I said her about the charges she just stated our prices went up I told her I saw that they went up 5-10% but what she was charging me was more than double (60% increase). She just shrugged her shoulders and stepped back.Again, I don't mind paying more for an item especially if that means keeping the quality to standard. Unfortunately, that was not the case.. My sausage rolls were not editable. The bread was extremely dry and the sausage was burnt. I feel like was kept under the warmer too long the day before and just reheated the next day. Needless to say I was not satisfied with my visit this morning.
We were passing through Jackson, TN, on a family vacation/xmas get-away. We decided to avoid the Starbucks in Jackson, choosing to stop at Green Frog instead.I was impressed. The young lady behind the counter was polite and enthusiastic to take our order--not just our money. We all received what we wanted and very quickly. While there I noticed the establishment was extremely clean, but the smell was not overpowering the coffee brewing and the sweets behind the counter. The restrooms were clean and safe even for changing a child. All in all it was a very positive experience and enjoyable. We felt invited to stay and never rushed out the door by the staff. I will definitely be going back to visit this beverage franchise location.By the way, the coffee, in my humble opinion, is more flavorful than that other company's product.
Ate at the one out south and it was very good. Ordered the exact same thing at the North location (gourmet grilled cheese and seasoned fries). It was not good at all. The gourmet grilled cheese had french fries on the sandwich and it wasn't toasted well on both sides. I asked for wheat bread for the sandwich, they used white bread. I asked for seasoned fries and was given regular. At least the peace tea was good. If I ever decide to go back, I'll go to the South location.
