Outback Steakhouse Jackson TN

While traveling from Memphis to Nashville, my daughter and I stopped in to the Outback Steakhouse, Jackson, TN for a late lunch. We always have French Onion Soup and it did not disappoint this time. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Our service was exceptional, the waitress kept the tea glasses full and the bread on the table. Service and food were both fantastic. I am one of those people that when things are good, I regretfully admit that, I don't make the effort to leave a review. On this occasion, I had left my credit card. The time and effort they took to help get it back to me goes above and beyond customer service. Thank you Ian and your waitstaff for a great meal and the extra mile.
