I like Wingstop. Never had a problem until now. Ordered $70 bucks worth of food to be delivered from store on 4912 S. Emerson. and all I wanted was to end my meal off with was a brownie lol! I ordered directly via the website which it looks like they go though door dash automatically. My dasher said “they said” it was in the bag when I asked for it. Who knows right? I ended up having to leave my home 12 minutes away, 24 minutes round trip to pick up one thing after having paid delivery fees and a tip trying to avoid coming out in the first place. I asked for an additional one since I had to be inconvenienced to leave home and go up there and instead of the supervisor handing me another one he shuffles his lil raggedy haired, cockeyed tail self to the back for 5 minutes and then comes out looking like I asked for my entire meal to be replaced or something! Then stated he called “his” manager and they said no can do. So they can inconvenience you but you can’t inconvenience them is what I got out of that deal. So. I left. Contacted customer service who was actually very nice and said that my request was not unreasonable and I should have been given if not offered an additional brownie followed by a refund which I did end up getting from customer service and I appreciated that so much!! An apology accompanied by corrective action is how you do business! I also did get the one I was missing from the store. I feel it was highly inconsiderate and poor judgment on managements part to not respect and accept my request. Dude literally looked like he was looking for an argument with them googly moogly doll eyes floating around in the front of his big head. If it was me, no way I’m about to argue with a consumer over a 2 dollar and 69 cents brownie especially if I can’t look them straight in the eye and tell them NO anyway. Welp end of the story, customer support made it right and I hope those small funds are pulled directly from that particular stores revenues. Good day! Ordered online, picked food up and brought it back home....fries had no seasoning at all on them and we didn't get 3 of our wings. Definitely a wing STOP ...cuz yall should stop for sure! Place is super dirty and tons of trash outside when entering the building too. Food: 1 Service: 1

I've had food here before and it was fine but our last two visits were pretty bad. Our most recent trip consisted of waiting for about 30 minutes in the store and watching two other groups come in after us, order and receive their food, and then leave. I went up to ask about our order and we were told that they were still working on it. Another 20 minutes went by before I gave up and requested a refund. Unfortunately, they weren't able to process it in store that evening so they called the GM. After another 10 minutes of waiting I was told that the GM was processing the refund and it would take 3-5 business days to post. It's been about 30 days and seems like our refund was never processed. In short; we lost $40 and an hour of our time. We'll probably never visit this place again.
